Cosy, neat, functional 2 star facilities with breakfast included in the rates, ideally located for exploring the capital on foot, with excellent public transport links on hand. Great value for families / groups of friends: Triple and Quad rooms from 24.75 pounds per person per night! Relaxed, welcoming vibe, attentive service and the energy and excitement of London at your feet. Nearest tube is Russell Square (Piccadilly line), 5 minutes from the hotel. (Note: You may be accommodated at Grenville House, an identical adjoining hotel under the same ownership, all check ins coordinated at Guilford Hotel). All rooms are en suite with compact shower / WC cubicle. Just 10 minutes on foot to Soho, Leicester Square and Covent Garden, and a 15 minute stroll to Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square. Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament, Earl’s Court and the City are all around 10-15 minutes by public transport. The vibrant Camden Town with its alternative street market and exciting music venues is a 10 minute bus ride from your London base. Calm, central London base. La camera singola è estremamente piccola ed il bagno (abbastanza pulito)di un metro quadrato. Per il prezzo pagato (circa 60 pound a notte) mi è sembrata una sistemazione alquanto sconveniente.
Tuttavia, la posizione è ottima!!! Quindi, se non si hanno troppe pretese è consigliabile.
Una nota di demerito per la capacità del personale di parlare una qualsiasi lingua occidentale in maniera comprensibile (scordatevi l'inglese!!!). Meglio fare colazione fuori!!! |

The location is not bad, about 5 minutes walk from Russel Square Station and about 10 mins to Holborn Station. The room was okay for the amount charged but the continental breakfast was disappointing. |

The bathroom wasn`t clean. The bed was fine, nice clean sheets. Breakfast area was very cramped. The bell to let people in at all hours would wake one. The breakfast itself was ok. |

Ich habe mich in diser Unterkunft sehr sichr gefühlt, weil die Rezeption tag und Nacht besetzt war. |
