camere mal funzionanti....problemi alle docce o scarico o acqua troppo bollente.
La cortesia del personale è eccellente come l'ubicazione del albergo...centralissimo..la metro è vicinissima. |

Hotel tres bien situé, légèrement en dehors du centre de Londres. Proche des commodités (Mcdo, KFC, centre commercial...). Les chambres sont simples avec toilettes et douche. On est un peu à l'étroit mais c'est comme dans tout les hotels 2* de Londres. Il y a aussi une bouilloire avec les sachets de thé dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est simple: lait, café, pain de mie, beurre et confiture, jus de fruit et weetabix. Pour le thé, il faut le demander. L'accueil est simple, peu sympathique suivant le concierge. Il n'y a pas de double vitrage (fenetre british!!!) mais la rue est calme, donc pas de probleme. Nous le recommandons vivement. |

You get what you pay for. The beds were really uncomfortable, but it was a okay hotel. Good service. |

Bastante bien, la gente es muy amable. Tuvimos un problema con una habitación pero se solucionó sin ningún problema. Es bastante recomendable por la situación en la que está, muy bien comunicado con el metro. |
