We were very satisfied of this hotel where we stayed for four nights in a family room (we were five). Although the premises were small and narrow, it was comfortable, clean and pleasant. Moreover the staff were really kind and very helpful. The location also made it very convenient to walk to the main bus stops or underground (ten minutes from Victoria station); even a walk to Parliament Square took less than half an hour.I do recommend this hotel. This B&B is very well located, near to Victoria Station. We were 5 friends in the Family Room n°1 and we did enjoy our stay in this hotel. The breakfast was good, the staff is nice and the toilets/bathroom (even though narrow) are very clean. Translate this guest review

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Surtees in London. The accomodation were as expected and the location was perfect, very close to Victoria Station. The staff was exceptional and very helpful in booking side trips, giving us tips about London, etc. Our room was always clean and we enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning. The bathroom was small but we expected that and it was sufficient for our needs. We would recommend this quaint bed and breakfast to our friends. Thanks for a great stay! Translate this guest review

Die Unterkunft war zentral ( Victoria-Station ) kleine Zimmer, jedoch sauber und zweckmäßig. Ideal für Sigtseen-Tripp. Personal war sehr bemüht. Gepäck konnte man auch nach Schlüsselabgabe noch unterstellen. Für unsere Bedürfnisse mehr als ausreichend, zu empfehlen. Translate this guest review

L'emplacement de l'hôtel à proximité de Victoria Station est excellent pour les déplacements. Les chambres sont très petites et avec très peu d'espace rangement mais très propres. La pièce petit-déjeuner assez exigüe. Il ne faut pas s'attendre au fameux "English breakfast" loin de là. Le personnel est très sympathique. Translate this guest review

The staff was friendly & helpful. The food was reasonable for a B&B. The price was a good value for the accommodations. Very neat and clean. Close to Victoria Station and many other sites.
