accomodation was excellent,but the kitchen consisted only of a room frigde and microwave in a corner of my room,I was expecting A kitchenette |

I had a room on the street,very noisy.Since I was staying 6 nights I asked for a quieter room. Unsuccessfully.
It would be helpful if the breakfast staff were taught to smile and be more efficient.
No tablecloths at breakfast.
A very pleasant gentleman at the desk on the evening shift.
Very conveniently located, transport-wise.Close to the Victoria and Albert Museum, Harrods, South Ken.

perfectly situated in kensington, near underground "Central line". small rooms with everything you need: tv, bathroom, possibility to enjoy a coffee or tea in your room. breakfast is okay and you won't leave hungry :) |
