Royal Norfolk had no lift, no shower curtains, no washcloths, and no decaf hot drinks. We also witnessed a robbery at night less than a block from our hotel!
Lord Kensington had a working lift, no decaf hot drinks, and no washcloths, as well as indifferent servers for breakfast who did not replenish juice glasses, boiled eggs, or anything that ran out until ten to 15 minutes later. |

Room was good, barhroom was tiny. Service was not satisfactory (room cleaning organisation, tea/coffee/sugar replacement, soap/towels replacement...). It happened clean towels were layed outside the room, directly on the moquette! Bad organisation even for breakfast (table sometimes not clean, as well as spoons etc.). Last day even a dead mouse was found in the breakfast room. |

Sit uado en un lugar céntrico, caminando puedes ir a cualquier parte. El trato personal muy bueno, gente muy amable. Solo una pega, el desayuno muy cortito. |

Mucho ruido por el metro (hasta las 00:00h). A parte de esto, el trato correcto, las instalaciones correctas, las camas muy grandes y cómodas, etc. La situación, inmejorable! Metro a 2 min, bares, restaurantes, tiendas de básicos... |
