la chambre pour 4 se situe au sous sol où il fait une chaleur insoutenable. Difficile de régler le chauffage. Prtoblèmes avec les sanitaires. |

Sistemazione buona rispetto ad altri B&B a Londra. Il bagno non era per niente piccolo come altri scrivono. La colazione era buona e il rapporto qualità-prezzo soddisfacene. L'ubicazione dell'hotel è vicina alla metro quindi molto comodo. In complesso siamo stati soddisfatti del soggiorno in questo B&B. |

Logement assez précaire...
Pas de chaise, ni de lampe de chevet dans les chambres, pas de séche cheveux.
En arrivant au lieu de 2 chambres, il n'y en avait qu'une, heureusement que j'avais votre dernier mail!
Salle de petit-déjeuner trop petit pour le nombre de chambres et de ses occupants(des personnes attendaient que des tables soient libres pour prendre leur petit déjeuner.... |

Positi vwar die Lage des Hotels: sehr zentral, gute U-Bahn- Anbindung, schönes Wohnviertel. Äußerlich sah das Hotel gut aus, allerdings waren wir von den Zimmern enttäuscht. Nach der ersten Nacht mussten wir das Zimmer tauschen, da der Geruch unerträglich war. Die Toilettenspülung funktionierte in den Zimmern nur sporadisch und wir hatten entweder nur kaltes oder nur heißes Wasser. Das Hotelpersonal war einigermaßen bemüht, die Probleme zu beheben. Die Zimmer an sich waren zwar klein, aber recht sauber. Um Renovierungsarbeiten in den Zimmern ist man scheinbar nicht bemüht (z.B. große Wasserflecken an der Wand).
Das Frühstück war eher dürftig (Toast und Marmelade), aber das wussten wir und haben uns deshalb selbst versorgt.
Ansonsten ist man ja aber in London, um etwas zu erleben (und nicht wegen des Hotels!!!). |
