For the money we paid I think the hotel was fine but we got very litte smiles at the reception desk. The staff was helpful alright but so impersonal. The hotel was in a beautiful quiet street close enough to all the culture we needed: museums, organised "Walks in London"!!!, but there weren't so many restaurants in the proximity (?) or we din't find them. |

The room and the bath was not enough clean, the dust was everywhere and the drawers in wardrobe were broken. The payment of the full price for the room before to see it and live in is not normal. Situation of the hotel is good 7-10min to metro and bus, quite place |
