Commento a caldo: questa sistemazione è stata davvero ideale per noi che ci siamo fermati solo tre notti. Posizione centrale, hotel pulito (anche la moquette), colazione abbondante, personale gentile e disponibile. Effettivamente il bagno è minuscolo ma per noi non è stato un problema. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. |

Das Zimmer war recht klein, aber für einen Aufenthalt in London, bei dem man sowieso nur zum Schlafen im Zimmer ist, reicht es vollkommen. Ausgestattet war unser Zimmer mit Doppelbett, Waschbecken, Tisch, Sessel und Fernseher. Das Zimmer war auch sauber. Wir hatten allerdings ein Zimmer zur Straße und die war auch nachts recht viel befahren, so dass ganz lärmempfindliche auf keinen Fall bei offenem Fenster schlafen könnten. Wir konnten das aber ohne Probleme.
Ein großes Handtuch pro Person wurde gestellt und täglich gewechselt.
Das Frühstück war entweder kontinental oder englisch, auf jeden Fall sehr üppig mit der Option auf Nachbestellung.
Das Personal war sehr nett und hat sich viel Mühe gegeben.
Das Hotel liegt ziemlich nah an der Victoria Station und auch zwei große Supermärkte sind in der Nähe (Tesco in derselben Straße und Sainsbury's auf dem Weg zur Victoria Station). |

Todo lo que se refiere al trato y comodidad del personal y servicio son de gran calidad humana. Su paciencia es inagotable. La recepcion es directa y clara. El desayuno continental o no, puedes repetir y en cuanto miras tienes al personal ofreciendote otra taza de cafe o preguntandote si deseas algo mas. Abiertos a cambios razonables en todo momento. Habitaciones modestas,limpias, mas bien pequeñas pero comodas.Hay que compartir el aseo (siempre limpio) La situacion es fantastica. Siempre gracias. |
