A 15 minuti in metro dal centro,personale gentilissimo e stanza grande e pulita.Bagno un po' piccolo.

Jeune couple d'étudiants un peu routard, nous avons trouvé l'hôtel très bien placé, et non loin du centre ville. L'accueil y est chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner est assez consistant pour autant pas d'une grande finesse. Nous y reviendrons volontiers car niveau qualité prix c'est très bien.

Le logement est génial, seul inconvéniant la voie ferré pas loin. Pensez à prendre un convertiseur pour les prises élecrtiques.

Für den Preis war die Unterkunft in Ordnung. Aber für diejenigen, die nur ein Platz zum schlafen brauchen und keine hohen Ansprüche haben, ist die Unterkunft absolut in Ordnung. Die Bilder sahen allerdings vielversprechender aus bzw. es scheint mehrere Zimmer zu geben die nicht alle im gleichen Zustand sind. Ich und meine Freundin waren in einem seperaten Haus (Straße um die Ecke) untergebracht. Hatte wohl ein älteres Zimmer erwischt. Der Teppich war ein bisschen schmuddelig und das Bad hätte schöner sein können. (aber es war nicht so, dass wir uns geekelt haben) Trotzdem haben wir uns dazu entschlossen beim nächsten Trip lieber ein paar Euros mehr auszugeben und uns ein bisschen Luxus zu gönnen.

Très bon rapport qualité /prix.Confort simple malgré du mobilier un peu vétuste(dans cette chambre à 3 lits individuels).Pas de problème avec la salle de bains commune, très propre. logement très calme. Bien situé par rapport au centre de Londres.Petit déjeuner très copieux et varié.Personnel souriant ,accueillant et disponible. Nous y retournerons certainement lors d'un prochain séjour.

Conveniently located, next to Subway and many convenient stores. Just 10 minutes to city center.

On the whole, the stay was acceptible. I arrived late and was received by the night porter who was both friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room I was allocated to had a lingering smell of cigarrette smoke from the previous occupant. Opening the windows to the outside freezing temperatures did not help much to clear the air. The porter was not able to give me another ensuite twin room. On a different matter - the ensuite toilet and bathroom was tiny, old and (in my opinion) is in need of refurbishment. I was very surprised to find the communal shower larger, brighter, cleaner and more comfortable than the one in-room. Location was very convinient 2 minutes walk away from West Hampstead which is on the Jubilee line. Finally, I'd say that breakfast was the highlight as I did not expect a full breakfast for 2 at the price paid. Overall good value.

We were pleased with accomodation (the charlottes guest house, house 114, room 4 ). The room was nice - only one window was broken, so it was impossible to close it properly. We had a bit cold in the room. But the bathroom was clean and warm - we were pleased with it. The carpets in the house were very dirty - as guests we would appreciate it to be cleaned. Breakfast was excelent. We were also very pleased with tea, coffee, sugar and milk in the room, so we were able to make ourselves a coffee when we left the room very early in the morning, before the breakfast. The location was great, 5-10 minutes walk to any tube station to the center of London. We also felt safe in the area when we returned late in the evening. Thank you.

Hotel bien situé, quartier calme, à 20 min de métro du centre de Londres. Hotel comprenant 2 bâtiments. Nous étions situé dans le 2è donc devions sortir le matin pour aller prendre le petit déjeuner mais cela ne nous a pas posé de soucis (hôtel juste à 100m). Chambre spatieuse et propre.Salle de bain commune ne posant pas de soucis car nous n'avons vu personne à l'heure de la douche. Petit déjeuner copieux. Hôtel très facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport de Luton par le train, métro à proximité.

La chambre et l endroit était très bien, c'était génial ! Je vous le recommande.

Siamo stati soddisfattissimi di questo B&B, sotto tutti i punti di vista. Il personale si è rivelato paziente e disponibilissimo. Buona anche la pulizia della stanza e i servizi offerti. Consiglio vivamente!!!

L'alloggio non era proprio confortevole ma a noi serviva un punto d'appoggio comodo ai mezzi di trasporto e la nostra stanza lo era

Par manque de chance la ligne de métro qui devait nous emmener à l'hotel etait fermée pile les jours où nous venions, pas facile de s'y retrouver en bus, le coin est plutôt desert pour manger le soir prévoir de rester dans le centre de Londres. Autrement, chambre propre et petit déjeuner copieux.

La serveuse du petit déjeuner ne sourit pas et cela met mal à l'aise. (toilette pas propre)

We really enjoyed the stay. A bit of TLC would be good for the place but it was realy great value for money so you are a looser if you would complain too much!

Das Hotel ist beim ersten Mal schwer zu finden, aber liegt fast direkt an der U-Bahn! Für eine Städtereise ist das Hotel geeignet, allerdings nicht für jemanden der sehr genau ist! Sauber ist es einigermaßen, wobei das Bad und der Teppich im Schalfzimmer schon besser Zeiten gesehen haben! Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir aber recht zufrieden!

B&B eccellente. Camera ampia e pulita, con bagno privato come da nostra richiesta. Personale molto cortese. Colazione abbondante. Si trova in zona 2, in posizione non centralissima ma con con la fermata di metropolinata (linea Jubilee) e autobus a 200 metri.

Camera molto grande e pulita, colazione soddisfacente...la grossa pecca è il bagno condiviso, che oltretutto non si trovava neanche allo stesso piano della camera..La residenza è un pò lontana dal centro, ma molto ben collegata al centro con i mezzi.

Bueno en primer lugar decir, que nosotros no nos guiamos por las malas opiniones, y reservamos una habitacíon con baño en este hotel por 4 días. La experiencia fué muy buen, una habitación grande y limpia (ya que por lo que habíamos estado leyendo que los hoteles de londres no son muy limpios), el baño era pequeño pero limpio y arreglado y la calefacción está puesta las 24 horas del día, por lo que no pasamos frío en ningún momento.Cambian las toallas todos los días y hacen las camas. El desayuno q viene con la habitación esta muy bien, aunque te dejan elegir entre unos cuantos más, cafés grandes, zumo, tostadas..un desayuno muy completo!. Sin duda cuando volvamos a Londres reservaremos en el mismo hotel.

Pension sympathique et convivial qui donne l'impression de rentrer chez soi une fois que la journée à visiter Londres est terminée. Proche du coeur de la ville, à 4 stations de metro de Trafalgar Square. Satisfait pour le peu de temps passé à Londres

per quanto non esattamente economica, questa pensione è davvero un gioiellino. la zona in cui si trova non è centralissima ma comoda da raggiungere e per spostarsi, sia con i bus che con la metro. inoltre è tranquilla alla sera, e in zona ci sono ristoranti e pub. la camera era pulita, spaziosa e luminosa (non così scontato per essere a londra!), le pulizie erano fatte tutti i giorni.. insomma un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo!! consigliatissimo per chi ha voglia di vedere come vivono i veri londinesi, senza farsi spennare in un albergone del centro o spendere pochissimo ritrovandosi spiacevoli sorprese in camera.

Il posto è veramente carino e comodo a tutto (jubilee line a 200 metri)! Forse si potrebbe far qualcosa in più per la pulizia delle camere, ma per il resto è tutto super e che colazioni!!

Ho prenotato una doppia ma mi hanno dato una tripla senza costi aggiuntivi!la camera era bella spaziosa,ma la cosa che mi mancherà di più son i letti: fantastici!consiglio:portate tutto l'occorrente x l'igiene personale compresi shampoo e sapone perchè non li danno.

Einfach, praktisch und sauber! Das einzige was den Aufenthalt trüben kann sind andere rücksichtslose Reisende. Ansonsten für den Preis einfach klasse und zudem rustikal und sehr britisch.

Im großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Möbel in dem klweinen Guest House haben schon einige Jahre hinter sich und könnten ausgetauscht werden, der nette Umgang war jedoch viel mehr wert. Wir waren zufrieden.

Das Guest House liegt in einem sehr schönen Quartier gar nicht weit vom Zentrum Londons entfernt. Mit der Underground ist man in weniger als 10min in der City. Man ist ziemlich mobil in West Hampstead, hat man doch eine Overground, wie gesagt eine Underground, einen Thameslink (grösserer Bahnhof) und dazu auch noch Busse! In der Gegend gibt es viele kleine Restaurants oder Take Aways, sowie 24h-Shops. Das Frühstück im B&B ist ausgezeichnet und jeder kommt auf seine Kosten. Das einzige was am Haus nicht besonders gut ist, sind die Badezimmer, die man sich mit anderen Gästen teilen muss. Wenn man nur wenige Tage übernachtet ist dies durchaus nicht so schlimm, ist man jedoch längere Zeit dort wohnhaft, wird es unangenehm. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer sehr niedlich mit wunderbaren Betten.

It is very easy to get to downtown London by train and underground. Very clean but if you are on the train side and are a light sleeper like us, not a good place, those trains are frequent/

Ich bin mit dem guesthaus sehr zufrieden. das frühstuck war lecker, zimmer und vor allem bad und toilette sehr sauber und das personal sehr zuvorkommend. ich kann das guesthaus nur weiterempfehlen:)

Dieses Hostel ist eine sehr gute Möglichkeit für ein paar Tage in Lodnon zu wohnen. Öffentlich super zu erreichen, Gegend sehr nett, Frühstück 1A, Personal sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Bei meinem nächsten Aufhenthalt komme ich gerne wieder!

il posto è servito benissimo, ideale per il viaggiatore che esce la mattina e torna la sera distrutto! il bagno in condivisione era sempre pulitissimo, come le stanze. per spostarti ci sono a disposizione l overground la metro, l autobus e il treno; a 50 metri c e un supermarket, la farmacia, la banca e alcuni pub..perfetto per le nostre esigenze..

Friendly and canny accommodation. Electric kettle, tea, coffee is in the room. Towels change all 3 days. You also have a basin in the room. The house is very clairaudient.

I found the accomodation to be adequate and clean for my stay in London. The only thing missing was a hair dryer. I would definitely stay there again and I have recommended the facility to others.

Es war sehr laut nachts und auch am frühen morgen, da das Zimmerfenster. direkt auf den Bahnhof hinaus gerichtet ist. Das Badezimmer dürfte deutlich sauberer und gepflegter sein. Das Personal ist korrekt aber nicht besonders freundlich.

Friendly staff, nice break fast, good value for money

L'accueil est sympathique, on vous conseille gentiment et utilement. Le quartier est assez calme et typique. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. La chambre louée était assez agréable mais le lit peu confortable et les sanitaires mériteraient une petite modernisation. Le métro ou la ligne de bus sont très proches. Prendre le bus 139 qui vous emmène à Piccadilly Circus.

The Charlotte Guest House was exactly, what we expected. Friendly staff, clean, the room fairly big, breakfast more than sufficient, and their is a few nice restaurants in the area so we did not venture into the city in the evening, we were too tired after all the sightseeing. Die Unterkunft ist schön gelegen und mit der Tube als auch mit dem Bus (139) gut zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war groß und geräumig, allerdings verfügt das Hotel wohl über mehrere Häuser und insofern über mehr oder weniger stark abweichende Raumgrößen. Die Sauberkeit war ok, zumindest für Leute wie uns, die nicht mit dem Baumwollhandschuh den Staubtest machen. Der Teppich hätte gerne mal grundgereinigt werden können und der Schimmel im Bad ist wohl bei der fehlenden Abzugsmöglichkeit nicht zu vermeiden (wurde nachträglich eingebaut, ohne Fenster). Schön wäre es aber gewesen man hätte den Duschvorhang mal ausgetauscht. Auf dem Zimmer gab es einen Wasserkocher, Tassen, Tee und Kaffee. Die Tassen wurden täglich gereinigt. An der Rezeption war man zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich- auch wenn ich bis heute auf meine im Vorfeld geschickten Mails keine Antwort erhalten habe; man sollte vielleicht besser anrufen :o) Fön und Adapter gab es auf Anfrage. Das Frühstück ist vollkommen ok, an manchen Tagen gab es sogar süße Teilchen. Insgesamt ein absolut angemessenes Preisleistungsverhältnis, aber definitiv nichts für Leute die insgeheim von einer 4 Sterneunterkunft ausgehen!Wir würden es wieder buchen!!

Altes, aber sauberes Haus.Sehr netter hilfsbereiter Service. Verkehrsgünstig gelegen,mit der nahe gelegenen U-bahn erreicht man jedes Ziel in London. Würde ich jeder Zeit wieder buchen !

Leider entsprach der tazächliche Zustand nicht der Dokumentation im Internet. Man muß jedoch den allgemeinen Standart von England, welcher nicht hoch ist, gegenrechnen und da war die Unterkunft im mittleren Bereich. Eine Grundsauberkeit ist gewährleistet. Bad und Toilette waren sauber aber veraltet. Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück gut und der Service ordentlich.

Trés bon acceuil, dans une chambre à 3 adultes, celle-çi correspondait parfaitement à notre attente, la salle de bain commune est très propre et ne pose aucuns problèmes d'utilisation.Certaine chambres sont hélas prés de la ligne de chemin de fer, lors de votre confirmation de votre arrivée, précisez une chambre à l'opposée de la gare. Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec 3 choix différents. Le B§B ce trouve à 5 minutes à pied du métro et des bus. Adresse à retenir pour petit budjet pour passer quelques jours à Londres.

Die Unterkunft war klein und gemütlich. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war lecker. Jedoch hatten wir im Zimmer ettliche Wasserflecken, die wahrscheinlich von einem früheren Rohrbruch her stammten. Und die Dusche hätte eine Renovierung nötig, auch war der Duschvorhang etwas schimmlig. Ansonsten war aber alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Von der U-Bahn hatten wir zu Fuss nur wenige Minuten bis zum Hotel und im Umkreis von einer Mitunte hatte es Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Gegend ist sehr angenehm und Ruhig.

Zimmer war sauber, nett und hat so ziemlich der Beschreibung entsprochen. Frühstück war OK, im kleinen Frühstücksraum kann es aber bald zu Platzmangel kommen. Auch der Instant-Kaffee ist nicht jedermanns Sache, aber es gibt gleich ums Eck eine Costa's Filiale (auch Starbucks hat dort eine Niederlassung - aber der Kaffe dort ist ja auch nicht besser ;-)) Obwohl die Sumatra Road parallel zu einer 4-gleisigen Bahntrasse liegt, haben wir kaum Zuglärm wahrgenommen. Die Gegend erschien uns recht sicher. Wir fühlten uns in keinem Augenblick unwohl. Auch um 1 Uhr nachts nicht. Die Lage war sehr gut. Von Heathrow bis zur Unterkunft benötigten wir 60-70 Minuten mit der U-Bahn: Piccadilly-Line bis Green Park, Jubilee-Line bis West Hampstead. Mit der Jubilee-Line kommt man auch direkt zu vielen interessanten Punkten. Als Alternative kann man auch den Bus 139 nehmen, der über den Piccadilly Circus bis Waterloo Station fährt. Ist auch perfekt, um in der Nacht rasch nach Hause zu kommen, denn der Bus fährt 24 Stunden und die Bushaltestelle West Hampstead liegt sehr nahe an der Sumatra Road. Weiters gibt es dort auch eine Buslinie, die direkt nach Notting Hill führt. Im Winter würde ich das Zimmer nicht empfehlen. Die Fenster machen nicht den Eindruck, als wären sie gut isoliert. (Aber ich denke, das ist in ganz London so)

LA VERDAD ES QUE TODO LO QUE PUEDO DECIR SON COSAS MARAVILLOSAS SOBRE ESTE HOSTAL, EL PERSONAL ES MARAVILLOSO, LOS DESAYUNOS GENIALES, LAS HABITACIONES ESTAN LIMPIAS (SON SENCILLAS PERO MUY ACOGEDORAS) Y LA SITUACION ES MUY BUENA, ESTA UN POCO MAS LEJOS PERO ESTA MUY BIEN COMUNICADO, AL FIN Y AL CABO EN LONDRES TIENES QUE COGER METRO PARA CASI TODO, NO???. LA PRIMERA VEZ ESTUVE EN UN HOTEL Y NO ESTUVE TAN AGUSTO. YO LO RECOMIENDO A TODO EL MUNDO QUE BUSQUE UN LUGAR ECONOMICO Y MUY FAMILIAR Y ACOGEDOR.

Die Unterkunft ist für Londonbesucher ein guter Basispunkt, da sehr naher U-Bahn-Anschluss. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist prima und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Posto pulito, strutture un po' vecchie ma considerando che è Londra il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo. In più la colazione era buonissima e abbondante e il personale molto gentile.

El hotel en si esta muy bien situado ya que en menos de 20 minutos llegas en todos los sitios que quieres ir, esta muy bien comunicado y se encuentra en el centro comercial de la zona por lo que hay ambiente. En cuanto al alojamiento puede que este un poco viejo ya que las camas sobretodo son muy incomodas, y se podrian mejorar.En cuanto a lo demas no esta mal.

EL alojamiento esta bien,el desayuno excelente, todo limpio,buena calefacción,y muy cercano a parada de metro y autobús, 200 metros mas o menos, esta en zona 2. Un sitio aconsejable y al que volvería. La zona muy tranquila

Chambre très confortable, sdb propre et correcte. Le breakfast anglais le matin était vraiment bien.

Le stanze sono semplici ma ampie e pulite, la guesthouse è in un quartiere carino e servito dalla metro. Il fatto che sia leggermente decentrato non è assolutamente un problema, anzi è un vantaggio che permette di godere di un paesaggio tipicamente inglese. Nel complesso siamo stati molto soddisfatti.

Zimmer war einfach eingerichtet, mit Doppelbett, Tisch, 2 Stühlen u. Fernseher. Es war sauber u. groß genug, auch das Bad mit Duschkabine. Frühstück ausreichend. Man konnte 4 verschiedene Frühstücksvarianten wählen, dazu Kaffee, Tee, Orangensaft so viel man wollte. Das Personal war nett u. hifsbereit. Ideal die Nähe zu Tube, Overground u. Buslinien. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte u. Restaurants. Hinter der Unterkunft ist sich zwar eine Bahnlinie, die uns aber beim Schlafen nicht störte, da nachts anscheinend keine Züge fahren dürfen. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten.

Super Unterkunft,alles sehr sauber, Frühstück lecker und sättigend, lage war sehr Zentral, freundliches Personal, Kiosk sehr nah, Underground auch sehr nah. Einfach toll!

Für einen Wochenendaufenthalt war das Zimmer perfekt. Für eine ganze Woche war mir dan das Badezimmer doch etwas zu klein aber so sind eben die englischen Verhältnisse. Das Frühstück war super!

Ein typisch englisches Reihenhaus. Eng, aber nicht ungemütlich, sauber aber nicht im neuesten Zustand. Ideal um ins große London hineinzublicken! Frühstück absolut in Ordnung, sogar dass "english breakfast" habe ich probiert, und fand es zwar fett, aber lecker. Alles in allem entsprach die Unterkunft in Charlotte's Guest House unseren Erwartungen.

Eine ideale Unterkunft, wenn man für ein paar Tage London besuchen will. Liegt unweit der Jubilee-Line (U-Bahn in die City) und der Bus 139 (Haltestelle vor der U-Bahn-Station) fährt bis Picadilly Circus. Frühstückauswahl ist gut, da 4 verschiedene angeboten werden und Cornflakes, O-Saft und Apfelsaft gibt es auch. Kaffee ist Pulverkaffee, aber in England trinkt man ja lieber Tee! Jederzeit wieder!

Tres bien situé, commerces métro et restauration à proximité .Hotel calme mais vétuste et sale ( rideaux déchirés et gris, fuites dans la douche, pas d'eau chaude le matin, souris la nuit, pas de fenêtre sur l'extérieur, chambres en sous sol à éviter absoluement.Sanitaires et lavabo mal néttoyés, à l'eau sans doute, rideau de douche moisi, pas changé depuis longtemps... Acceuil un dimanche à 17 h détestable, la personne est juste là pour encaisser.Petit déjeuner correct, nourriture de premier prix, personnel peu impliqué. Dommage avec quelques réfections ce serait pas mal...

Près de la railroad station, de l'underground (3 minutes à pieds), des commerces et des pubs. un grand Sainsbury à une station de métro, ouvert h24!

Haus, Zimmer und Frühstück waren absolut ok. Das Badezimmer war allerdings sehr klein, man konnte sich kaum drehen. Auch an der Sauberkeit, vor allem an dem Zustand der Teppiche, könnte man etwas ändern.

Great value for money. The only disadvantage is that there was freezing cold in the early mornings. Probably they switched off the heater at night and turned it on only at 9 am.

The possibility to make coffee or tea in the room was more than nice. It was also very good that there was a washbowl in the room, because the bathroom was shared. The room/area was not as quiet as promised, because of the railways, and single window glasses.

The location was great as well as the customer service. Very close to the underground station, bars, and many good restaurants. Staff was helpful and answered all questions. I would definitely stay there again.

Ich fand mein Zimmer sauber und gemütlich. Ein Wasserkocher für warme Getränke (Instantkaffee mit ggf. Milch+ Zucker und Tee wurde ebenfalls bereit gestellt)war im Zimmer. Zum Frühstück gab es mehrere Frühstücksvarianten. Mir hat das Essen geschmeckt, und es wurde einem an den Tisch serviert. Die Kofferaufbewahrung auch außerhalb der Check- in/ Check- out Zeiten verlief problemlos. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich :o) Ich hatte allerdings am späten Abend mein Fenster geöffnet und nicht mehr komplett geschlossen bekommen und leider war keiner da, der dies beheben konnte. Dadurch war es kalt geworden im Zimmer. Kurz vor meiner Abreise stand auch Wasser im Toilettenräumchen (nicht hoch und auch nicht aus dem WC dort- ich denke, daß dies aber direkt behoben wurde, da eigentlich schon sehr Sorge für den Komfort getragen wurde).

Tout était très sympathique! Accueil, propreté, petit déjeuner, rien à dire! Bien sûr, ce n'est pas un cinq étoiles, ce n'est pas au coeur de Londres (mais on est à un quart d'heure du centre, et la station de métro est vraiment juste à côté) mais le rapport qualité prix est vraiment excellent. J'y retournerais sans hésiter!

Ist wirklich eine super Unterkunft für das Geld. Zimmer war sehr groß mit Bad, WC und sogar ner kleine Küche. Die Lage war zugleich sehr ruhig und man ist aber auch nur ca 5.Min von der nächsten U-bahn entfernt, mit der man gleich ins Zentrum fahren kann. Sehr positive Erfahrung.

The breakfast was as good as I expected it to be. The room was very spacious. Unfortunately the bed was too soft for us. Surprisingly you couldn't hear the train or the busy street, although both is not far away. The underground or bus is less than a five minute walking distance! So it doesn't matter that the accommodation is not exactly in the center!

Due to a last minute change in our flight, we needed a place to stay for two nights. We did not want to spend much money. This place and location was perfect for us.

Très bon hôtel, au calme et typiquement British. L'équipe est très sympathique et chaleureuse et le petit déjeuner est un délice avec un large choix et de bonnes quantités. Certe, ce n'est pas un cinq étoiles mais pour un petit séjour pas exigeant c'est le top qualité/prix et si je dois retourner à Londres, je passerai mon séjour à cet hôtel sans hésiter. En plus, l'équipe est prête à aider et à toujours répondu à nos besoins. D'ailleurs attention, un adapteur pour les appareils électriques est indispensable car les prises sont différentes mais là encore, l'hôtel nous a bien aidé et résolu nos problèmes.

Confort des chambres très moyen et trop bruyant (en fonction de l'immeuble). Si réservation à plusieurs, demander à être dans le même batiment.

This guest house turned me into Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Dr. Jekyll: The room was clean, breakfast was very good, location was also good with convenient Underground station. Mr. Hyde: The party in the kitchen started at 6:00 am with continuous loud talking and music. They were oblivious that there were people sleeping (or trying to) in the same building. Front desk help neglected to tell us about toilet and shower facilities. Each toilet was an adventure to operate, (or try to operate).

Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour dans le logement. Les lieux sont propres, la chambre bien équipée et relativement spacieuse, le personnel très accueillant, le petit-déjeuner copieux. Seule ombre au tableau, l'endroit peut être un peu bruyant en soirée.

Travelling in London is very easy, the accomodations are clean, comfortable and not too expensive (4£ for the undergroud, 20£ for the day travelcard...).

About 3 blocks from the Jubilee line and Overground, this hotel has a very friendly staff and nice accommodation. The full English breakfast was choice of three different options. Excellent value for money.

En general es un muy buen lugar, bastante central, económino, muy limpio, cercano al tren y underground. Su gran fortaleza es sin duda la relación precio y calidad.

The room was big enough for that prize, in a house apart from the reception (it was like an appartment for us!. We had facilities for tea and coffee. The staff was quite polite. And the best is that you can choose your breakfast and you are served!!

Accueil très chaleureux, personnel très aimable et concerné, petit déjeuner copieux et "friendly", chambres propres et simples mais confortables, Charlotte Guesthouse présente un bon rapport qualité prix d'autant qu'il ne se situe pas très loin du centre de Londres grace au métro (Jubilee Line, l'Overground) et le bus 139 to Picadilly. West Hampstead est très agréable avec un petit centre ville avec commerces et restos. A savoir tout de même, Charlotte Guesthouse propose des chambres dans plusieurs immeubles, parfois distants d'une rue, si vous réservez plusieurs chambres, pour une même famille par exemple pensez à préciser si vous les souhaitez dans un même immeuble.

Location was good for both tube and rail. Just off the high street with 24hr mini mart and heaps of resturants. Excellent true English breakfast, staff friendly and helpfull.

Die Zimmer sind für den Preis zufrieden stellend. Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Allerdings ist für 8 zu vermietende Zimmer nur ein kleines Bad vorhanden, welches auf jeden Fall von Schimmel und Kalkflecken befreit werden müsste!

We had a room for three as that was the only one available then and the room is spacious! The shared bathroom is impecabbly clean and is just beside the room. Very convenient and we could not even hear the water running.It's in a residential neighbourhood and rather quiet though each night before we sleep, we could hear a couple of sirens.There are several 24 hr convenience store nearby. The English breakfast is good save for the strange sausage. Warm breakfast is much appreciated. Overall, great value for money and the jubilee line brings you straight into the heart of London.

Está muy cerca del metro, siempre que se baje en la estación correcta: West Hampstead. El apartamento nos pareció muy correcto. Como cosas a mejorar: Las toallas no estaban impecables, y solo había tres. En la habitación había te y café y el azúcar parecía no haberse utilizado en tiempo. Pero en general olía a limpio que es lo que a mi me importa y el espacio era amplio. La sala del desayuno muy bonita con terraza exterior y desayunamos muy bien, a elegir entre muchas cosas. La atención fue muy buena.

Ok but very close to railroad. If you have a room on the side facing the railroad it can be disturbing if you are a light sleeper. Good value for money if you have a room facing the street.

L'accueil de la patronne est bon, une jeune employée slave est un peu sèche, le logement est très bien desservi par le métro avec facilité de parking à 700 m de l'hôtel pour L 2.50 par jour (paiement de 10h à 12H exceptionnel pour le coin), les chambres sont un peu vetustes et la robinetterie fuyait beaucoup dans une des chambres, mais elles sont spacieuses. la moquette bien évidemment date de quelques dizaines d'années (ne pas oublier les chaussons !) Le petit-déjeuner était copieux. C'est un bon compromis pour loger dans la capitale à environ 15/20 mn du centre avec le métro et un service de bus tout aussi fréquent (ligne 139 qui circule toute la nuit)

It was as I expected. 50 pounds for two persons including a good tasting breakfast in London is a reasonable price.

Room was neat and clean, but the bedding provided was not very clean. The overall vibe from the staff was very friendly and positive. Breakfast was OK. Location is 4 min walk from the nearest tube and nice restaurants near by. You can't expect to receive more for the amount of money you've paid. You get what you paid for.

Für Londoner Verhältnisse ist das Preis Leistungsverhältnis sicher sehr gut. Die U-Bahn/S-Bahn Anbindung ist hervorragend. Die Betten und das Bad waren sehr sauber. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft sehr alt und abgewohnt. Wenn man nicht mehr als ein Bett braucht, stört es aber nicht. Der Service ist sehr freundlich. Frühstück umfangreich, full breakfast aber nicht zu empfehlen.

At first sight we were a bit disappointed with the overall look of the room (small, basic & a little dusty), but its features made it up for the negative impression. Tidy bathroom, fully working shower, no problems with cold/hot water and the roome being cleaned daily made our permanence rather comfortable. Train and underground stations are just a 2 mins walk away from the hotel, and you can easily reach central london in a few minutes. The staff is kind and helpful. The breakfats simply awesome. Nice place. I would stay there again.

Einfache saubere Unterkunft ohne besonderen Luxus aber dafür mit britischem Charme, einziges Problem: das schmale und recht unbequeme Bett, das für micht einen längeren Aufenthalt ausschließen würde. Trotz der nicht ganz zentralen Lage sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung.

I did not realize that our rooms would be split into separate buildings. Parties travelling together that want rooms close by should specify that. Other than that, it was just as I expected and well worth the value.

people there were very friendly and helpfull, its al little outside from the center of london, but since the next underground station is close, thats no big problem, the windows were not really tight but beside this everthing was ok, we liked it and would always go there again.

Charlotte House was fantastic. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were extremely superb- willing to do anything to help. Breakfast was gourmet. Well located with buses, under and overground stations. Cheap restaurnts nearby.

The place was very nice, in a lovely street near West Hampstead Station (Jubilee Line, 10 minutes from Westminster, Houses of Parliament etc.). We choose the room with bathroom inside, it was quite and with a beautiful furniture (like in the picture)

The Charlotte Guest House people are all very friendly and helpful. Their houses in the quiet Sumatra road are very well situated to take the bus 139 or tube to the centre or the Silver Line to Hampstead Heath, all within transport area 1+2.

Accommodation is ok! But when you have to drive 2.5 hours to find a parkingplace that makes everything worse. move your car every 2 hours or you get a ticket!That is not a relaxing stay in a B&B you spent more time thinking about your car and removing it constantly then the time you have to explore the city. TIP!!As a B&B take care of your Guestparking!There where more gasts who where complaining about the parking possibilities! Especially when you already drove for more then 9 hours to get there! You don't need all of this!

Wenn man günstig in London übernachten will, kann man kein 3-Sterne-Hotel erwarten. Unsere Unterkunft war schlicht und sauber und der Preis völlig angemessen. Der Service war freundlich und die Lage ist verkehrsmässig sehr günstig. Man erreicht per U-Bahn alle Ziele in London, ausserdem befinden sich noch Bushaltestellen in nächster Nähe, von wo aus man mit dem Doppeldecker-Bus zur Stadtbesichtigung starten kann. Der Haltestelle des National-Express von und nach Stansted ist zu Fuss keine Viertelstunde vom Hotel entfernt.Die Strasse ist sehr ruhig und zum Frühstück hat man eine angemessene Auswahl, von Saft bis Cornflakes, Toast, Brötchen, Schinken und Käse, Marmelade sowie British Breakfast

Der Empfang war herzlich und die Angestellten waren sehr behmüht unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen. Die Lage zur U-Bahn war hervorragend.Die Internetbuchung hat tadellos geklappt und wir haben es so vorgefunden wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach, was sich in der Möblierung und Ausstattung der Zimmer widerspiegelt, aber sauber. Kritik kann man an den Badezimmern üben, in denen eine Entkalkung und wasserfeste Vorhänge sinnvoll wären. Beim Frühstück hat man die Wahl zwischen einigen Alternativen, wobei sich das kontinentale Frühstück als das beste herausgestellt hat. Die Tische im Frühstücksraum müssten allerdings besser gereinigt werden, sie sind recht klebrig. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Frühe Anreise und späte Abreise sind kein Problem, da man das Gepäck auch vor dem Bezug der Zimmer und nach dem Auschecken dort lassen kann. Wichtig: Bezahlung des Restbetrags bei Anreise!

We had a room with en suite which was comfortable, clean and warm. Hot shower and coffee making facilities were very weloming and a MUST when on holiday. Breakfast had excellent choice. We had no complaints and would stay there again

The Charlotte Guest House could not have been more perfect for my limited budget in London. The room was clean and comofortable, the staff was extremely helpful and nice, it is located in a great area, and its only a short walk from the Tube. It made my trip fabulous!

The hotel while not being A+ accommodation, for the price was very good value for money. You could tell it was a budget hotel, but the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent.

Charlotte's Guest house is centrally located. So you can easily get to city centre and all sightseeing spots of London. The Guest house is cosy distributed over several typically British houses. The bathroom installations are not the newest ones so it lacked a little bit of water pressure. Overall it is a low prized but nice and clean accommodation. I would stay there again.

Pokoje byly ciste, dokonce jsme dostaly dvojpokoj (byly jsme jen 2) s koupelnou (pravdepodobne ubytovani pro ctyrclennou rodinu) - en suite. Snidane dobra, v celkem prijemnem prostredi. Ubytovani je v typickych malych anglickych domcich, ulice i okoli je klidne a zda se byt velmi bezpecne. Pozor na vecerni sprchovani, jednu noc jsem se myla ve studene vode - takze cim drive se vecer budete sprachovat, tim lepe. Na metro je to jen asi 7 minut pomalou chuzi. Rozhodne doporucuji kavarnu Costa, ktera je cestou na metro (west hamstead) po prave strane! Vyborna kava, prijemne prostredi.

Me gusto mucho el hostel, además tienes habitación privada, lo único malo es que está un poco lejos del centro.

Charlotte's Guest House was a good hint. Comfort: Nic old building. The double room had a bathroom and both were maybe a bit old fashionned but very clean and calm. Staff: Was very friendly. Breakfast: Was included and you could choose between 3 or 4 nice breakfast menues. Location: Very well located and still quite central. 5 min from West Hampstead station. Price: Absolutely OK.
