really happy with our accomodation although the bed was paticularily hard.The staff were charming

The warm water ended all the time. Sometimes we didnt have any water at all.

Avevamo prenotato 2 triple con 1 letto matrimoniale e un singolo. Una delle 2 stanze aveva invece un matrimoniale + un divano letto non confortevole e, se aperto, sistemato in modo da bloccare l'accesso al bagno.

In base alla fotografia delle camere, francamente mi aspettavo una camera più spaziosa, mentre in realtà, c'era giusto il posto per stare in piedi una persona per volta. Come in tutte le camere inglesi, mancava il bidet e il bagno non era particolarmente funzionale nè comodo. Il servizio di prenotazione via internet è stato efficientissimo. Le mie critiche riguardano solo la struttura alberghiera in sè.

Room was fine. Enough space compared to the price. The bathroom could have been more thoroughly cleaned, but it wasn't dirty. No elevator was a minus, it's tough to walk up to the top floor, which we lived on. The room for breakfast was FAR too small, and i would rather have eaten out, where the breakfast also would be more interesting.
