Sauberes, typisch englisches Hotel, zuvorkommendes Personal, freundlicher Empfang ABER: nicht geeignet für Leute, die großartigen Komfort erwarten oder ein Bad, welches größer ist als 1,5 m²

Das Hotel ist nur einen kurzen Fußmarsch von der U-Bahnstation Paddington entfernt, von der aus mehrere Lienen fahren, wodurch man schnell im Stadtzentrum ist. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und (für Londoner Verhältnisse) großzügig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war gut und auch der Service war hervorragend. Das ganze Personal sehr freundlich.

Service good & cleanliness good.Rooms are too small (at least ours was) and no lift (inconvenient as I can't carry suitcases)

excellent location and value for money. I was very concerned at first with some of the reports but pleasantly surprised with my stay. friendly and helpful staff, good service all round.

A very good accomodation. Room was large, clean and comfortable (the only defect was the noise of the tube). Very good breakfast.
