    Mature couple

    Das Zimmer war sauber, das "Badezimmer" viel zu klein und leider eigentlich unbenutzbar, ebenso das TV. Das Personal ist unfreundlich - man kann keine Post an der Rezeption abgeben. Das Frühstück mit 2 Toastscheiben, Marmelade und Instandkaffee mickrig. Insgesamt - Einmal Carlton, nie mehr Carlton.

    L'hotel présente une bonne situation, mais la qualité n'est pas au rendez vous : le personnel n'est pas très accueillant, le petit déjeuner est très sommaire et pas très bon (produits bas de gamme), la literie est incomfortable et les chambres sont mals insonorisées. Vu le prix par rapport à la situation on ne s'attendait pas à quelque chose d'extraordinaire mais tout de meme d'un peu mieux.

    great thing about the hotel is location, just few munites from victoria station and pimlico. Bathromm was extremely small but clean, towels changed every day, I didnt like the shower which was attached to the wall so that you cannot move it.Overall I am am ok with that hotel, and oyu got a little breakfast -toasts, jam and cornflakes, coffee and juice. As for the start it was not bad.

    Young couple

    We stayed in double room, but I was cool there. The bathroom is with toilet, it is too small, furnither is older, but we are travellers and we were there only in the night. The location is very good - 6min from Pimlico tube station, 12min from Victoria. Really! For breakfast we had 2pieces of bread, butter, jam, juice, tea/koffee, mussli and cornflakes - every day. Internet is free :) Enjoy!
