dopo 45 giorni dalla prenotazione e un fax di conferma sull'orario d'arrio,non c'era la camera e dirottati su un'altra abitazione a dir poco indecente, le rimanenti due notti in una camera a dir poco squallida e improponibile,

Para empezar decir que el hotel que habiamos reservado no fue en el que dormimos, porque llegamos al que teniamos hecho la reserva y nos dijeron q no les kedaban habitaciones, que nos teniamos que ir para otro. Nos fuimos y en el que nos dijeron pagamos hicimos el check in y cuando llegamos a la habitacion... estaba todo sin hacer, la cama con sabanas sucias, las toallas tiradas en el suelo, papeles tambien tirados... Como podeis entender, no fue una grata sorpresa, despues todo se arreglo, pero weno... en las 4 noches q estuvimos alli, no nos hicieron ni una sola vez la habitacion, ni nos cambiaron las toallas, x lo que la limpieza no era lo mas llamativo del hotel, por el lado bueno decir, que estaba perfectamente situado, a 1 minuto andando de la boca de metro de bond street (al lado de oxford street) y en una zona comercial muy bonita y animada.

Good value for money, 25 pounds per person per night is not bad for London in a location close to a metro/tube station, bus stops from/to Luton and Stanted airports and Madame Tussoud. Friendly personnel at reception willing to help. There is room of improvements in toilets.
