Biggest issue was lack of air flow in the room - it was very humid. It was located in a convenient place; close to Paddington Station. Staff were helpful, included breakfast was wonderful with good selection to start off the day.

The accommodations were much better than expected. It was clean and recently updated. After reading many of the comments I expected the rooms to be much smaller than it actually was. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It was located in walking distance to Hyde Park, bus stop, nice restaurants and pubs. The area was safe and is located in a street lined with many other hotels. The continental breakfast was a great start to the day!

Me sorprendió! La habitación no era muy grande pero si muy limpia con un baño nuevo y completo (toallas también nuevas y grandes). El desayuno tipo continental, un poco flojo la parte de salado, pero la de dulce estupendo. La ubicación buena, a 2 min andando de la estación de Paddington y del bus 15 que te lleva al centro en 10 min máximo.

Welcoming staff, pleasant surroundings, clean rooms, good breakfast, what more could you ask of a hotel.
