Great location, close to tube. Clean. Basic breakfast but adequate. Helpful staff.
Everything was satisfactory, but the breakfast was a bit of a let down.
Good location, and well kept, but the services were limited; I found the breakfast area too crowded and felt I had to eat quickly and run. Also, availability to making phone calls; no phone calls could be made out, and people trying to call in said that the phone rang for some time, but no-one answered. Very difficult to make contact outside hotel, and I needed to use pay phone.
The room was a bit small and not enough coat hangers for three people other than that we all enjoyed our stay and would definitely return
