    We had few breakfast problems becuse we stayed over christmas and they changed the time from 1,5 hour to 45 minutes. So it was always crowded and we had to wait and they couldnt always deliver what was written in the the menu . But apart from that the stay was very pleasant. And we would definately stay here again!

    The room was clean. No shampoo provided. Hairdryers you need to get from the front desk and I got one only on a third day of stay, there were none available before, which was major inconvinience.

    The hotel was nicer than I expected--clean room with nice tall windows, excellent service, good breakfast, and great location!

    Room very small, shower rather cold, stool needed recovering. Bed and breakfast OK. Staff helpful. Good location for most of London. A bit over priced.

    Awful!!!first nite they gave me a big room for 4 ppl which was good but when I get into the room I smelt paint so strongly it makes me headache...so I back to reception desk adn asked to change room...but he said NO!!! NO!! no available room...and he said they painted room just a week ago!!!!it was painfulr to stay at the room...never ever!!! go back again!!!
